How to use this site
This site works in a very similar way to any normal online shop. Here
are step by step instructions for those unfamiliar with the process:
- When you first visit the shop front you will be
greeted with a short welcome notice, and lots of boxes at the edges of
the screen.
- On the left is the one you are most interested in, the category box.
- If you can see what category your item is in, click
that category to go there. You will then see a list of items in the
middle of the screen.
- You can click the item text or picture to view a
detailed description of each item, or you can click the buy now button
on the right to add the item to your cart.
- When you have added as many items as you want to your
shopping cart (contents will be listed in the top right hand box) you
can view your cart by clicking the small arrow to the right of the
"shopping cart" text.
- Check through the items here. You can change the
number of each item by selecting a number from the drop down to the
right of each item.
- If you want to order more than 20 of any one item (the limit of the quantity box) please email me and I will help you out.
- When you are ready, click the checkout button below
the items list in the shopping cart. This will take you to the "sign
in" page.
- If you have shopped previously, enter your details on the right.
- If you have not shopped before, click the continue
button in the box on the left. Follow the instructions until you reach
the "delivery information" screen.
- If you need to change your address from the one
listed, please do this by clicking the change address button. Note:
this is your shipping address, NOT your billing address.
- Select the shipping method you would like. Special deliver is recommended, but not compulsory, for orders over £80.00.
- If you have any comments you would like to make with
your order (I will be able to see these) please make them in the text
box provided.
- Click the continue button to go to the "payment information" page.
- Here you can change your billing address if you have to.
- Choose a payment option. There are three options:
Paypal:
- Lots of people are familiar with paypal, choose this
option if you are at all unsure. You can enter credit/debit card
information, or sign in and pay from a registered paypal account.
Nochex:
This option allows you to pay with a credit/debit card, or nochex account.
Cheque:
If you are paying by cheque, then you must select this option, and post
a cheque for the total order sum to my address. Your order will be
shipped once the cheque has cleared.
- Once you have chosen an option, click continue, and follow the on screen instructions to pay.
- That's it! The order will take from 2-5 business days to arrive.
